What is this service?

The final account is the process of agreeing the total financial settlement of the construction contract — taking into account all variations, remeasured quantities, provisional sums, contractor claims, adjustments to preliminaries, and any outstanding commercial issues. It is typically the most commercially significant moment in the project lifecycle.
