What is this service?

Capital cost is only part of the financial picture. The cost of operating, maintaining and eventually replacing building components over the life of an asset can significantly exceed the initial construction cost. Whole life costing provides a framework to assess these costs — helping clients make informed decisions about specification, material selection and building systems that are genuinely cost-effective over the long term.
