What is this service?
Remeasurement is the process of measuring the actual quantities of work constructed — as opposed to the estimated quantities on which the contract was based. This is required on remeasurable contracts, where the BOQ is based on approximate quantities, and at final account stage where the actual extent of works may differ from the original scope.
We carry out remeasurement from as-built drawings, site records and site inspections, applying the appropriate method of measurement and contractual rules.
